Vintage Hawaiian Shell Lei Necklace
This timeless vintage shell lei is one continuous strand of small shells that are ivory or creamy-white in color.
This single strand lei measures approximately 70 inches (total length) and does not have a clasp, though it can create two or three strands depending on the desired length.
The shells are consistent in size, shape and color, and approximately 5 mm in width (similar to Kahelelani shells).
This vintage Hawaiian shell lei was expertly strung with no visible knot or tie off point, and the shells are in extremely nice condition having been stored for many, many years, (in
a non-smoking home),
